Quick Vick

Sorry for the delay in postings, beloved readers. I know you missed us.

This is just a brief quick-Vick update.

He agreed to plead guilty. Mixed reports are coming in. Pollard's boy at NFL Network seems to think that Vick will only get 8-12 months of prison time. For Vick's sake, I hope so. Apparently ESPN reporters are saying that the judge may not heed the plea bargain and max sentence him, which appears to be about five years. There are too many people saying too many different things, but the hearing is set for August 27, so by Monday evening, the world will know just how long Vick will be in pinstripes (or orange).

Ouch. Sorry to hear it, Mike Vick. Shouldn't have scrambled puppy brains on your garage walls. Bad move.
