No help for M. Vick

OK so we all know that Vick has pleaded guilty to the crimes of dog fighting. My question is why do other athletes feel they need to put their two cents into the matter. First there was Portis saying that there is nothing wrong with dog fighting. Then Smith saying that so what if he was a dog fight or 5 or 20. No help from either one of them. Now we have a new person to chip in Stephon Marbury. He also agrees that there is nothing wrong with dog fighting saying, "I think, you know, we don't say anything about people who shoot deer or shoot other animals. You know, from what I hear, dogfighting is a sport. It's just behind closed doors." I just can't understand why these athletes feel they need to say anything. Personally by saying thing means your pretty much saying that you participate in the dog fights. Matter you bought your dog from Vick and his dogs have won you some money. My advice keep you mouth shut before your dumb ass is under investigations.
