NBA Eastern Conf. Finals

Lebron James.
Wow.

48 points. 29 of the final 30 Cavalier points. The only Cavalier to score from 6:00 minutes left in the 4th quarter, through TWO overtime periods. Hit the last 11 Cavalier buckets in a row.

One of the "greatest NBA playoff performances of all time."

Too his detractors and naysayers - it is almost time to shut up. Now, I've been watching him pull up on shots and dish it out, not hit the rack with authority, and overall just phone it in. Last night, in Detroit, with the series tied 2-2, Lebron showed up in the 2nd half. He had a mere 12 or 13 points in the first half, ballooning that total to 48 by games end. He looked tired, haggard, and drained by the end, but the Cavs are 3-2 and going home for Saturday night.

Good luck, King James. Has your time come?

People are comparing it to Jordan's 63. It was one of if not the most exciting games in this year's playoffs. He has proven that he can step up and carry his team yet again. There should be no nay saying at this point.

How about this mirror of last year's series, though? I mean the Cav's winning three in a row going back to Cleveland? It could be something worth mentioning if they don't close it out. Odds are against them doing so in Cleveland, but I hope they do.

I don't care for basketball, and I didn't watch the game. But even I was excited about what James did last night. It's not the points he put up, but that he scored Clevelands last 25 points, and winning the game in double-OT. That's nuts and one of the greatest postseason performances in ANY sport.
