Revenge is sweet

Last week the Raiders were upset that the Broncos called a last second timeout, which negated their game winning field goal. After the dust settled and they lined up to kick again, Janikowski missed the next kick, and the Broncos won the game.

Well, this week, the Raiders found themselves in a similar situation. The Raiders were winning 26-24, but the Browns were lined up to kick a 40 yard field goal to win the game. At the last second, Kiffin called a time out. The Browns still snapped the ball and the kick went through the uprights, but it didn't count. On the next attempt, the kick was blocked and the Raiders won their first game of the season.

This could be a trend. Look for the Browns to do this IF they are ever in a close game at the end.
