Warrick Holdman, the Broncos linebacker who was injured yesterday trying to tackle Mike Bell, was released from the hospital today. Holdman had a spinal cord concussion, which doesn't sound good. Coach Mike Shanahan said that he still had some numbness this morning, and didn't say when he would be cleared to practice again.
